  • Total Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Order cutoff time: 4 pm Greenwich Mean Time
  • Processing: The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 2-4 business days Monday-Friday to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
  • Handling time:  2-4 business days Monday-Friday
  • Transit time: 2-4 business days Monday-Friday

Delivery dates are quoted subject to the availability of materials. Every effort will be made to effect delivery within the quoted period, but no liability can be accepted should it be exceeded.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered to the kerbside or driveway of the delivery address provided at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our delivery partners are not responsible for transporting goods into buildings or properties unless explicitly included in the service purchased.

2. Proof of Delivery (POD)

Our drivers may capture photographic proof of delivery as confirmation. This constitutes full evidence of successful delivery. In cases where a signature is not obtained, the photograph will serve as verification that the goods have reached the stated address.

3. Delivery Timing and Access

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm, without prior arrangement unless a premium delivery option is purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure access is available and that someone is present to receive the goods if required.

If no one is available, the goods may be left in a safe and accessible location at the discretion of the delivery driver. By placing an order, you authorise this and accept responsibility for the goods from the moment they are delivered.

4. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery has been made to your premises (e.g., kerbside, driveway, porch). We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. If you require secure delivery or a signature, this must be arranged prior to dispatch and may incur additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Ensure someone is available to accept delivery, or make arrangements if unavailable.
• Notify us of any special instructions at the time of order.
• Inspect the delivery promptly and report any visible issues within 24 hours.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, a redelivery fee may apply. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by courier partners once an item has been dispatched.
